A high level of STRESS is all too often a very common side effect of running a successful small business. Many small business owners lack the time, if not the expertise to address all the issues that develop as the business grows, often placing impossible demands on themselves. At some point they begin to wonder if there is a way to continue to grow profitably when they are already giving all their available time, energy and funds. Limits appear to be everywhere!

Business B.A.S.I.C.S. was created to provide affordable expertise and coaching services to small business owners and their teams. We are currently building capacity in Northern California (Sacramento to Monterey) . The near term future will include full coverage throughout California. We are building our team to include broad functional and industry experience and innovative technical services.

We would welcome the opportunity to meet with you to discuss my practice and your needs in person. I normally budget up to 2 hours for the initial interview. There is only a nominal charge of $100 for this consultation. The purpose is to allow you to get to know us and for us to determine if we can be helpful in your situation.
